This is the fourth summer that Diverse-leaved Creepers ( Parthenocissus dalzielii ) have been with us, greeting everyone at the entrance. They brought us greenery in Summer, and turn reddish in Autumn. Leaves are falling in Winter with branches in crisscross pattern left on wall. Then born again when Spring comes. This greenery art piece is an indicator of Fleurs’ location, as well as weather changes.
The creepers climb freely and decorate the wall with lush foliage. They are vigorous climber that attaching themselves to surfaces using holdfasts (aerial roots).
No matter your place is contemporary, cottage or exotic mood, the creepers are always suited. You can grow them on a wall or trellis, as well, especially if you need a privacy screen.
